Domestic helper contract renewal service

If the contract of your domestic helper is about to finish and you want to sign another contract with her for another two years, you should apply for renewal.

Note: Before the employer renews his/her contract, please check whether the domestic helper’s visa in Hong Kong is about to expire. Employer is advised to apply for the renewal of the contract three months before the expiration date of the visa, so as to avoid the cost extending the visa due to the expiration.

Note: If the renewal (transfer of employer) domestic helper fails to complete the two-year contract due to immigration, expropriation or economic problems of the previous employer, the processing fee will be increased by $1,000.

A one-month visa extension for helpers before the expiration of $800

Employers wishing to renew with the domestic helper for a period of one month (ie a total of 25 months) after the expiry of the appointment period will be required to postpone the employment contract and the domestic helper's employment permit. The company can handle these complicated procedures on your behalf.

Extend helpers visas after changing passports $500

If the visa expires (Additional $530 fee will be charged for the extension)
If the domestic helper’s passport expires before the expiration of the designated contract, she will need to apply for a renewal of the work permit from the Immigration Department of Hong Kong after completing the new passport. The company can handle this on your behalf.
